Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

  1. Unused or Unworn: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  2. Unopened: The item must be in its original packaging.

  3. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of items that do not meet the above conditions.

How to Initiate a Return

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping for buyer's remorse (e.g., changed mind, ordered the wrong size/color). This cost will be deducted from your total refund.

  • Our Responsibility: We will cover the return shipping costs for items that are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund (usually 5-10 business days).

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale items or gift cards.

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants).

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

  • Health and personal care items (for sanitary reasons, if opened).
