Shipping Policy
This content is designed to be placed on a dedicated "Shipping Information" page on your Shopify store, separate from the Returns Policy.
Order Fulfillment and Processing Time
We use a trusted Print-on-Demand (POD) partner, Printful, to create and ship your unique items. All items are custom-made just for you after your order is placed.
- Fulfillment Time (Processing): This is the time it takes for our partner to create your product (printing, quality check, and packaging). All orders are typically fulfilled within 2 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- Shipping Time (Delivery): This is the time the carrier takes to deliver the package after fulfillment is complete.
You will receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your order has been fulfilled and shipped.
Note: High-volume sales periods (like holidays) may cause temporary delays in the fulfillment process. We will notify you if we anticipate any significant delays.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated based on the destination and the type of product, and displayed at checkout.
Note on US Shipping: We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders delivered within the United States. Customers may choose to upgrade to Express shipping for an additional fee.

Please Note: The total estimated delivery time is the sum of the Fulfillment Time plus the Shipping Time.
Local Delivery/Pickup (If Applicable)
We currently do not offer local delivery or pickup, as all items are shipped directly to you from our Print-on-Demand partner's fulfillment centers.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.
